Oats help to moisturise, protect and gently cleanse while correcting the pH of itchy or inflamed skin. They also act as a super gentle exfoliant.
Honey imparts a light, warm, sweet scent, the added sugar content helps increase the lather, and locks in moisture. Honey's unique chemical composition also makes it an effective antimicrobial agent. People have used it to treat minor burns and scrapes for centuries.
