March Newsletter

Bhuel, a chairde (well, friends),

I hope everyone is enjoying the lengthening of the days🌿☀️I feel so much better once we get over the back of winter and there's little hints of spring starting all around. The Spring Equinox is on March 20th this year, and that's when I feel the new year really begins!

I was back at Skerries Mills for my first Market of the year on the 28th Feb, and the sun was absolutely gorgeous☀️ What a great weekend to start back.

I'll be at Skerries Mills in a couple of days again at the time of writing this (I'm there on Saturday 14th March). It'll be the day before Mother's Day, so perfect for last minute gift sets and handmade treats🎁💐 I'll have a limited number of gift sets, so would recommend ordering ahead of time for collection.

Margaí/Féilte Eile (other markets/festivals)

In relation to other markets, I've just confirmed Lusk Summer Festival 🎪
It's on the 20th June this year. Always a fantastic day out!

Keep an eye out for more upcoming summer festivals — I'll share details as they are confirmed ☀️

Back to production

It's time for me to get into production mode 🧼

I'm stocking up on all your favourite products for the summer season, starting with soaps. They take between 8 and 12 weeks to cure completely, so they need a good head start!

TikTok Time

I'm joining the 21st century on TikTok (sloooowly😅). I'd really appreciate if you could give me a follow
👉 tiktok.com/roseosoap
I'll be sharing behind-the-scenes soap making, market days, and new product sneak peeks, and please bear with me while I get used to it!

Seachtain na Gaeilge

It's Seachtain na Gaeilge between the 1st and the 17th of March ☘️
I'm trying to add even more of mo theanga dhúchais (my native language) into my everyday at the moment.
I hope you all have a fantastic Paddy's Day on the 17th! My plan is parade, pints and trad this year ☘️

Níl a lán nuacht eile agam faoi láthar (not a lot of other news at the moment), but I'll have lots of news coming up with booking events and restocking products etc.

Tá súil agam go bhfeicfidh mé sibh go luath - b'fhéidir ag an margadh!
(I hope to see you soon - maybe at a market!)

Grá Mór,

Megan X
